By booking an appointment or using services provided by Vet2Me you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness in all our interactions with clients.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. Ownership of Goods
All goods, including but not limited to medication, equipment, and supplies provided by Vet2Me remain the property of Vet2Me until paid for in full.
2. Estimates & Pricing

Where possible, estimates can be provided prior to a home visit.

All estimates are approximations and subject to change based on the actual condition of the animal and treatment required on-site.

Prices may vary depending on medication, diagnostics, treatment, and procedures required at the time of the visit.
3. Appointment Booking & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure an appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled time or no-shows will incur the full home visit fee, regardless of reason.
4. Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will be eligible for a refund of any deposits paid.
5. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be issued only to the original payment method or account.

Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or for medications dispensed.

In cases where a refund is warranted (e.g., overpayment or service cancellation within the appropriate timeframe), we aim to process it within 5–7 working days.
6. Client & Pet Owner Responsibilities

The pet owner or responsible adult must be present during the home visit unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed by Vet2Me.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet’s medical history and current condition.

Aggressive or dangerous animals must be securely restrained. Vet2Me reserves the right to refuse treatment in cases of risk to staff safety.
7. Limitation of Liability

Vet2Me will provide veterinary services to the highest standard possible but cannot guarantee treatment outcomes.

Vet2Me is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from treatment, delayed appointments, or missed diagnoses due to client-provided misinformation.

If a pet requires emergency treatment beyond the scope of a mobile service, referral to a local veterinary clinic may be advised. Transport arrangements are the client’s responsibility.
8. Data Protection & Privacy

Client data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data collected (e.g., name, address, pet details, medical history) is used solely for providing veterinary services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless legally required.

9. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
